As we’ve seen before, the seats on CX870 are very wide, large and comfy. But let’s take a look at what it’s like to sleep in First Class. As with most First Class airlines, the seats on CX870 fold out and expand into a nice bed. It’s comparable in comfort to the First Class seats on many of the newer United Airlines planes, although the seats here felt wider and a tad more cushy. The adjustable seat options let you taylor the angle for your back, legs and everything in between. No way you’re not going to be comfortable on this flight. At 6 foot 3 inches, I was able to fully stretch out and had some room to spare. The TV swings out and hovers nicely with adequate clearance. At no point did it feel cramped.
Comfortable blankets are provided - and so is a set of pajamas by Shanghai Tan.
